The Arc pushes for these individuals to engage in the world around them and to build relationships with their peers.

ADP instructors work in a group setting with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Instruction takes place in Arc’s Day Program Center (Chico and Oroville), The Arc Store (Chico), and/or throughout the greater Butte County community. Instructors oversee a variety of regularly scheduled programs, classes, and activities, including classroom courses, recreational skills, self-advocacy, vocational skills, and much more.  Due to COVID-19, a limited amount of ADP clients attend in-person each day, while others attend ADP virtually.
